Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yoke iOS application and related services (the "Service") provided by Position Growth LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("Position Growth," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using Yoke you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your Apple ID credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Yoke on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images you do not have the right to share, or that depict minors in any romantic or sexual context.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes another person's rights.
  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, deceive, or harm another person.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Access the Service by automated means or scrape any portion of it.
  • Create fake referral codes, redeem your own codes, or otherwise abuse the referral program.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. AI-generated content

Yoke uses artificial intelligence to analyze profiles and generate text. AI output is informational and intended as coaching guidance only. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. We make no representation that following Yoke's recommendations will produce any particular dating outcome. Do not rely on Yoke for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content, including any messages you send to other people.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Yoke may offer auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms (price, duration, renewal interval) are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the Yoke app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies; we do not control refund decisions made by Apple.

7. Referral program

Referral codes award bonus scans to qualifying users at our discretion. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. We may modify or end the referral program at any time, and we may revoke bonus scans obtained through abuse or fraud.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content (other than your uploads), trademarks, and designs, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in or to our intellectual property except the limited license in section 3.

You retain ownership of images and other content you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to other users or to the Service.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, unless your local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
